Dementia & Alzheimer's care
You are not alone.
We're here to help your loved one live with dignity, purpose, and compassionate care.
We're here to help
We understand what families are going through.
Caring for someone living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia can be overwhelming. Families often find themselves balancing safety, medications, changing behaviors, daily routines, and the emotional challenges that come with watching someone they love change.
Our small, home-like adult family home in West Olympia provides personalized care for seniors living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other memory-related conditions. Rather than treating every resident the same, we take the time to understand the person behind the diagnosis: their history, preferences, routines, abilities, and what brings them comfort and joy.
Our approach
Care that sees the person, not just the diagnosis.
Dementia affects each person differently. As the condition progresses, familiar routines and activities may become challenging, while behaviors and needs can change over time. Our approach focuses on maintaining familiarity, independence, dignity, and meaningful engagement for as long as safely possible.
We use our Montessori-inspired approach to dementia care, connecting meaningful activities with everyday life. Residents are encouraged to take part in simple, purposeful activities based on their abilities and interests, from gardening and preparing meals to folding laundry, listening to familiar music, looking through family photographs, or enjoying time outdoors.
These everyday moments can provide a sense of purpose, belonging, and accomplishment.
